When I won the 1994 Mr USA overall title, I lived on 5 pounds
of Turkey meat per day, 1 Salad, 1 or two pieces of fruit,
and one steamed vegetable serving. I felt great, looked great and
beat 70 competitors for the NABBA Mr USA title.
What I ate was pretty much your diet, although at the time
I hadn't heard of it. Your book is excellent, I recommend it to anyone who asks me
how to get in shape and have energy without starvation or loss of strength.
And as a side note it actually increases your endurance
which is a great added bonus.
